Clinic Management System
This clinic system brings patients, appointments, and billing into one place. I built the product so front-desk staff can register patients, book slots, and keep payment records without jumping between tools.
Challenge
Clinics lose time when patient files, appointment books, and billing live separately. The system had to cover those three jobs in a layout staff can learn quickly.
Solution
I designed a Next.js interface for the daily clinic workflow and a dedicated backend for patients, appointments, and billing. The UI stays calm and readable so busy staff can move fast.
Process
01 Workflow
Broke the clinic day into register, schedule, visit, and bill so each screen had a clear job.
02 Backend
Built APIs for patients, appointments, and billing so records stay linked instead of duplicated.
03 Interface
Created a Tailwind UI with Framer Motion for light feedback, keeping the focus on forms and lists.
04 Handover
Documented the main flows and published the backend so the system can be extended.
