Aanchal Store
Aanchal Store is a complete eCommerce app with a customer storefront and an admin dashboard. I used Firebase Realtime Database so products, auth, and orders stay in sync without a separate custom backend.
Challenge
The store needed both a shopper experience and an admin side, but without the overhead of a full custom server. Auth, catalog, and orders had to stay reliable.
Solution
I built the app in Next.js with Firebase Auth and Realtime Database, Redux for cart and UI state, and a Shadcn admin dashboard for products and orders.
Process
01 Scope
Split the product into customer flows and admin flows so both sides could ship together.
02 Data
Modeled products, users, and orders in Firebase and wired auth to protected admin routes.
03 Storefront
Built browsing, cart, and account screens with Redux so the shopping path stays predictable.
04 Dashboard
Added admin views to manage products and orders, then deployed the app to Vercel.
